Flu shots are now available. Please book via the receptionists as normal. Please note that children under the age of 4 will need to have an appointment with one of our doctors.
Once you have booked an appointment, please read the flu shot information sheet.
You will need to complete the following 2 documents and bring them to the clinic at the time of your appointment. To minimise congestion in the waiting room, please complete these in advance.
