During office hours
Where possible, please call reception to make a same-day appointment as this will help us to minimize your waiting time. We can see walk-in patients (those who attend without an appointment), but can’t guarantee the availability of a particular doctor as we’ll usually ask patients to wait and see the first doctor to become free. Walk-in patients may be seen by a nurse for an initial assessment before seeing a doctor.
Outside regular clinic hours
A doctor is available for out-of-hours consultations in the evenings (from 17.30 to 21.00 Monday to Friday and 12.00 to 21.00 Saturdays). On weekends and public holidays, hours are from 09.00 to 21.00. During these times, we can arrange telemedicine (video call) consultations or where appropriate, consultations at the clinic.

Please note that this number is only for acute medical problems. If you have a routine inquiry or wish to change or cancel an appointment, call the main reception desk on the next working day.
Out-of-hours clinic visits are typically charged at ¥27,500. These rates don’t include the cost of any investigations performed or medications prescribed. Longer, more complex consultations requiring longer times may be charged at higher rates.
For critical illness or injuries, or acute medical problems outside the hours above
Call 119 for an ambulance if needed, or visit your local hospital emergency unit if you are able to safely arrange independent transportation.
