Our on-site Psychological Therapist offers evidence-based Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy for a wide range of issues 

Our Psychological Therapist offers psychotherapy using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help address problematic thoughts and behaviors. This evidence-based counselling approach is widely recommended by international bodies such as the American Psychiatric Association.

We offer counselling for both children and adults, and can address issues such as:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Phobias
  • Post-traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Insomnia
  • Eating disorders
  • Stress management

Remote sessions 

As well as face-to-face counselling at the clinic, remote consultations are available.

Consultation Fees

  • On-site or remote consultation (60 minutes) – 22,000 JPY

Colin Coxall

MSc MCouns PG Dip CBT

A Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience. Specializing in CBT, Colin has trained in the UK with world leading practitioners to provide the best possible therapy.

Colin has worked in London and the Channel islands, and offers a range of evidence-based psychological therapies for children, adolescents, and adults. As well as CBT, Colin has also trained in other approaches such as Interpersonal Psychotherapy at the Anna Freud Centre in London, Couples Therapy at the Tavistock Institute in London, and in EMDR.

Colin is an educator and supervisor of CBT practitioners, and has worked as a clinical academic in psychological therapies and designed and delivered postgraduate training for CBT practitioners in schools.
